Daniel J. Pasquarello is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on business, commercial, and real estate litigation.

Practice Areas: Dan represents businesses and individuals at the trial and appellate level in a wide range of civil litigation matters including complex business litigation, breach of contract, fraud, negligent and intentional misrepresentation, c. 93A claims, breach of fiduciary duty, closely held company and partnership disputes, non-compete and non-disclosure matters, insurance coverage disputes, and real estate litigation.
In the real estate context, Dan represents developers, property owners, condominium associations, brokers, real estate agents, landlords and tenants, and individuals in real estate litigation and land use litigation matters, including sales transaction disputes, leasing disputes, commercial summary process eviction, adverse possession claims, easement and boundary issues, trespass and trespass to trees, condominium transition matters, and zoning and permitting litigation under G.L. c. 40A and the Enabling Act. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in Land Court in matters involving zoning and permitting challenges and general real estate litigation matters. Experience: Dan began his legal career as a litigation associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston where he focused his practice on business and commercial litigation, and gained substantial experience in the defense of products liability and consumer finance class actions. In addition to experience at a large national law firm, Dan also has substantial experience as a litigator in the small firm setting. Prior to founding the firm, Dan served as litigation Counsel at a boutique Boston firm specializing in the real estate industry. Honors: Dan has been recognized annually since 2007 as a Super Lawyer Rising Star (2007-2012) and as a Super Lawyer (2013-2023) for Business Litigation.
