Scott Fink is a trial lawyer who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, employment litigation and counseling, and FINRA arbitration.

Practice Areas: Individuals and companies have sought Scott’s counsel in a wide variety of business matters, employment issues and in the securities context often involving FINRA. Scott has handled complex cases in a variety of forums and trained at both large national and smaller regional law firms.
Scott represents clients in a number of industries and routinely handles business disputes involving claims for fraud, negligence, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentation. Scott also represents clients in shareholder or partnership disputes and insurance coverage matters. In the employment context, Scott advises and represents clients in the midst of contract negotiations. He also reviews severance agreements, advises on termination issues, and litigates discrimination claims, issues involving non-compete agreements and wage and hour disputes. Scott’s securities and FINRA practice involves litigating disputes between investors and their financial advisers, typically in the FINRA arbitration process. These cases often involve allegations of fraud, unsuitability, churning, and misrepresentation. Experience: After graduating from law school, Scott had the distinction of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable A. Richard Caputo in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Upon completion of his clerkship, Scott worked at a national law firm in Minneapolis focused on business disputes. Scott moved to Boston and joined a mid-sized law firm where he focused on business disputes and employment matters. Speaking/Publications: Scott has served as an MCLE faculty member and as a Boston Bar Association Leadership Fellow. He has also been featured on Money Matters Radio Network as a guest speaker on employment law issues. Honors: Scott has been recognized annually as a Super Lawyer Rising Star (2011-2014) and as a Super Lawyer (2015-2023).
